•Development, design and manufacture of tooling for stamping - cutting, bending, fountain, progressive tools;
•Control device;
•Welding device;
•Mounting device;
•Tooling maintenance;
•Part Machining in CNC machining centers, assisted by 2D and 3D programming (solid and surface) with CAM software;
•Erosion services on end;
•Dimensional control done in three-dimensional machine DEA-CNC with PCDIM CAD ++ software to control geometric elements, compared with mathematical model (CAD) and scanning (reverse engineering).
